Fabric of the Month Club FAQ

When am I charged for the Fabric of the Month Club?

Every 10th of the month your debit/credit card that you joined the club with will be charged. Once you are charged for the month, you will receive a confirmation email. If we incur an issue with the card we have on file - we will contact you.

Can I update the fabric count or size in the Fabric of the Month Club?

Yes! Email us a contact@thedigistitchery.com and we'll get your account updated.

When will I receive my Fabric of the Month Club? 

Clubs will be shipped each month from the 10th through the 12th of each month. A tracking number will be emailed to you once it is ready for shipping. 

Does the Fabric of the Month Club price include shipping?

Yes! There is a Flat Fee for shipping.

Does the Fabric of the Month Club ship internationally?

Not yet... we're new to this club shipping thing. Once we get a little experience - this could be a possibility.

General Questions

What fabric sizes do you offer?

We offer the following print sizes and cut them individually (we do NOT cut continuous yards, pieces, etc.)

- 10x12
- 14x16
- 16x20

16x20 is our MAXIMUM print size.

Can I wash my fabric?

Yes you can! Our ink will not bleed into your finished project. Since our fabric is washable, it is also acid free - your project will not break down over time.

Why digital printing?

Some perks of digital printing are:
1. There is NO hole shrinkage!
2. Our prints do NOT vary from piece to piece, it's the same print every time. The only color variation is between fabric types (Aida vs. Linda vs. Linen).
3. We offer a variety of digital prints.
4. For our printing process, we do not wash our fabric so your fabric will not be overly soft due to detergents.

Why is only one side of my fabric printed?

We digitally print each piece of fabric. Digital printing is only printed on one side of the fabric.

How long will it take to get my order?

We work hard to get your order out to you as fast as possible. Please allow up to 5-7 business days. We print all fabric in order of Ordered by Date. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order has not shipped and is in line to be processed. Once your order is ready for shipping, we'll email you a tracking number.

What is your refund policy?

All Sales are FINAL.

14 Day Exchange Policy - fabric must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be free from odor, pet hair and cuts. Please contact us at contact@digistitchery to exchange your order.
